For more than two decades, Dan has provided career tutoring for first stage career seekers in the skilled trades and technology career pathways, through different roles in his own career. Recognized for providing a client focused, values driven approach for tens of thousands of people from Alberta. Working For People Consulting combines all the learned secrets and expert level knowledge of resources and supports FOR our clients. To expedite career education development to industry needs, we are working for people, as they transform their career mindset and own their competitive edge. We’ll work with first stage career seekers to create a customized plan of action for your values, skills, and goals. Working for employers, we will facilitate new talent onboarding, increase fit for purpose & probability of retention, and expedite the return on investment with new hires. More importantly, we will create impact within community that support or simplify Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) objectives.
